Finished our one rep maxes for our second cycle of Wendler. We’ll start on the new cycle as soon as possible. It’ll be our first real chance to beat our old score and see how much we’ve really improved over the last month.
Workouts
7 am- CrossFit
20 deadlifts at 70%
21-15-9 deadlifts at 60%, 25 lateral bar jump overs between sets
4 pm- 1 rep max deadlift and strict press
21-15-9 Cleans and ball slams
Breakfast- yogurt
Lunch- Halibut seafood spread
Dinner- fish and celery root (actually really good- cooked like mashed potatoes)
