I’m still incredibly sore from Saturday’s workout. So when I was designing the EarthFit Bootcamp for the day, I kept that in mind and designed a new Core of Conservation workout. Core of Conservation is one of my favorite workouts I have developed, mainly because it allows my creative self, my environmental self, and my fitness self to converge, and the end result is a super fun workout that kicks your abs!

30 seconds of burpees
5 Front Squats
60 second row
60 second plank
Breakfast- Protein shake
Lunch- Turkey Jerky and homemade Baba Ganoush
Dinner- Pork Chops with Pomegranate Sweet Potatoes and Thai Broccoli
