Imagine you are an adorable little prairie dog, hanging out with your family on the prairie.  Look up, what’s that?  Is that a hawk?  Dive down!  Nope it was a cloud.  Good.  Hop back up.  Is that a coyote?  Back down!  Coast is clear.  Back up.  If you were a prairie dog, you’d get to do these ALL DAY LONG!!!!

Stand with your feet together.  Jump feet apart and squat, keeping your chest up (don’t just bend over and touch the ground, dude!), knees out slightly, and butt out.  Touch the ground and hop back up, bringing feet back together.  Each cycle is one repetition
