I goofed up this idea by being away from my posts for a week. But I want to continue this journey, and I’d like you all to join me.
There are dozens of other ways to create healthy lifestyles. And not just physical health- mental, emotional, and even social.
I have a slew of appointments this month because I lose my insurance at the end of the month. And I’m planning for some fun workouts with Chris when we move, and I’ve been creating some crazy equipment for us to use (boat bumper sand bags, homemade kettlebells, Dumbbells, and pvc pipe bars for squats and presses). I am looking forward to meeting the members of Portland AAZK and starting up a new Book Club (with many visits from my friend Ann Littlewood), starting a new Bootcamp and seeing where EarthFit and “Poach Eggs Not Rhinos” goes.
I haven’t had much motivation to workout or even eat as well as I should. I know part of it is part of the process. But I really wish I had something pushing me to do more and be more.
I believe one of the things I will look into when we settle in is getting a Life Coach. Not just a personal trainer, someone to help with my life goals and be the best version of myself I can be. Which is my number one aspiration.
So I am recommitting to 100 Ways in a whole new light.
